For the 2013-2104 XVs Competition Season, any club that does not have 15 players CIPP’d on the club roster for scheduled league matches, in compliance with USA Eligibility Rules, will forfeit the match.
This ruling was passed this evening by the MAC/NCR4 Competitions Committee and is effective immediately.
