Pitch Information: Pole Green Park – Map to Pitch
Traffic Alert: Exits to avoid this weekend for the NASCAR race at Richmond International Raceway are: 1) Coming from I-64 for the Laburnum exits and 2) on I-295, the Meadowbridge exit; The exit for Pole Green is in the same exit number, but is the opposite direction. If you see traffic backed up on either Saturday or Sunday for the race (which exits on 38B), Pole Green Park requires exit 38A.

This might be obvious, but: Teams may be staying one night or two – make sure you understand the cancellation policy when making your reservations.
Rosters:
1) All match ROSTERS and match reports need to be completed in CMS not later than 5pm Tuesday (4/21), particularly for the April 18-19 matches. A score report is not enough. You must have the rosters submitted.
2) You must have your Saturday April 25th match roster loaded by Friday (4/24) by 5pm. The first match of the weekend has been loaded in CMS.
3) This is an event weekend. Prepare your PAPER COPY ROSTER of 28 for ID check-in. We will be at the pitch at 9am Saturday morning for ID check in. Make sure that all of your players bring their IDs. No ID, No Rugby. No Exceptions.
