FIFTEENS Bids for 15s events are due by November 30 for the next calendar year’s events.
SEVENS All events are currently open to bidding through March 10th.
Effective 2014, Mid-Atlantic Conference playoff and championship events will sponsored and funded by two Geographical Unions, the Capital Geographic Union (CGU) and the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU) according to an alternating schedule.

Each year, the MAC will publish the event bid form by September 15. Bid forms are due by November 30. MAC will collect and review for field specifications and then provide to the Hosting Union (see above) the list of bids with a recommendation. Each Union will make the final selection for the MAC Championship event host. Once the selection has been made, MAC will publish and distribute information to the entire Competitive Region.
